• Your visit log outlines the fun and noteworthy events during each visit with your beloved pets and may include photos. Your visit log also lists the time when we arrived and departed.
• You’ll receive a system login to make or change reservations and view your visit logs.
• State-of-the-art technology in our business office and dispatching center tracks and records the status of your scheduled visits to ensure we’re there on-time, every time.
• When we take your dog for a walk, our GPS tracking system records the route and distance for you to see in your visit log.

Business Office: we answer calls between 8:30 AM and 6 PM Monday through Friday, except when we are caring for pets. Submit or update your reservation requests online and receive a prompt confirmation via email; no more waiting by the phone or computer for a reply. Your calls and emails are responded to promptly. We have the people, systems, and processes to meet your needs in a timely manner.
